At Evil Bikes, we want to ensure your setup is dialed. If your gear isn't meeting the shred-test, you can return unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Request an RA Number
Log into your account or contact our support team to initiate a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping any components or frames back to our HQ.
Pack the Goods
Securely pack your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected from damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix your shipping label and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the box, then drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our mechanics inspect the return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
